We are so delighted to invite you to join our inaugural tour of the Land of the Bible, ISRAEL from the 1st -11 June 2023. This tour to Israel is a big milestone in our journey of praying for the Peace of Jerusalem according to Psalm 122:4-9
Tour Registration:
This movement of prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem began on the 7th of June 2020, at the height of lockdown. We responded to a call that was made in 2010 by the Patriarch of the Ethiopian Church, Dr Abune who called for churches, cities and nations to spend at least an hour praying for the peace of Jerusalem on the 7th of June every year.
Despite receiving this message in 2014 during the Africa House of Prayer Conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, it was only in 2020 that the Lord stirred us to action. We, therefore, recognize that this movement of prayer is an answer to prayers made by others, and are encouraged to keep on praying, confident that our prayers will also be answered.
"For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end, it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry". Habakkuk 2:3
Since prayers began on 7th June 2020, they have not stopped. We continue to meet every Saturday from 9:30 – 10:30 to pray corporately from South Africa, for the peace of Jerusalem. This prayer platform has also helped many Christians to understand the heart of God concerning Israel and inspired many to start praying for the Peace of Jerusalem for scripture cannot be broken. "I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you, all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” Genesis 12:3
We, therefore, invite you to join us to celebrate the third anniversary of our Prayers for the Peace of Jerusalem, Next year in Jerusalem.
We pray and trust the Lord to provide all the resources needed for everyone who desires to be part of this inaugural tour. It will truly be a blessing to be together as we pray for the Peace of Jerusalem in Jerusalem.
